Raphaela is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Family & Divorce Team.
Before joining Bivonas, Raphaela trained at a specialist international family law firm, providing her with invaluable experience handling complex financial disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions. Raphaela also gained extensive experience at a leading family law firm in London, where she advised clients in high value and multi-jurisdictional cases and worked on the reported case of J v H [2022] EWFC 133.
Raphaela advises on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes and pre and post nuptial agreements. She also represents clients in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse and international aspects, including relocation and jurisdictional issues.
Combining technical expertise, with a sensitive and pragmatic approach, Raphaela’s strategic advice is personally attuned to her clients’ circumstances. Her practice often involves working with High Net Worth Individuals on both domestic and international cases which involve substantial assets. Raphaela is adept at handling cases where discretion and confidentiality are paramount and is recognised for her measured, meticulous and client focused approach.
Raphaela is a member of Resolution and is a Family Ambassador for Support Through Court.
