Oliver Richardson

Oliver joined Bivonas in 2022 and is an Associate in the Civil and Commercial Litigation Team.

Oliver regularly advises corporate and High Net Worth clients on a broad range of complex civil and commercial disputes, including matters before the High Court and those with multi-jurisdictional elements.

He has extensive experience in financial services and investment disputes, as well as shareholder and director litigation.

Oliver was ranked as a Key Lawyer in 2024/2025 by Legal 500 UK in Fraud: Civil.

Oliver is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
