| Mike has provided consultancy services to Bivonas for over 10 years. He is an expert in accounting, financial control, management and M&A in professional service firms, including construction professionals and lawyers.
A former chartered accountant, Mike was a senior equity partner in a Top 20 accounting firm in London for more than 25 years, 12 of which he was Managing Partner. He led on the delivery of services to mid-sized professional practices and worked with international groups in the UK and overseas. For 10 years he represented the UK on the board of DFK International, a global association of independent accounting firms, including three years as President. Mike’s direct work with clients and success in managing firms gives him a rich combination of experience to draw on in advising professional service firms and other international businesses at board level.
