As a skilled Children Act practitioner, Jay has worked on several child abduction cases as well as applications for leave to remove children permanently abroad.

- Acted for celebrity hairdresser on the breakdown of his civil partnership and financial claims arising from his relationship in RCJ.
- Acted for Ultra HNWI Husband within divorce and financial remedies claim with net asset worth of £120m including the value of his Oil Brokerage which was purchased by US private equity during the proceedings.
- Acted for HNWI Wife with divorce and financial remedies proceedings with net assets of £50m including shareholding in a well-known company owning and operating largest UK nursing home group.
