Helen joined Bivonas in 2025 as the firm’s Practice Manager.
She works closely with the partnership to implement business objectives and optimise internal processes, ensuring the firm operates efficiently and in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
Helen combines her legal expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills. She leads on operational management and oversees key functions within the firm, including human resources, training and business development.
Prior to joining Bivonas, Helen practised as an Employment Solicitor at Birketts LLP, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including:
- Employment matters arising from M&A transactions
- Employment documentation, including: directors’ service agreements and employment contracts, consultancy agreements and employment policies
- Redundancy, managing sickness absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Settlement agreements and senior exits
- Employment Tribunal claims
Helen is a member of the International Bar Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
Helen was named on the 2024 Pro Bono Recognition List.
