Give a dog a bad name

Don a Labrador from Delhi may have taken umbrage at the court’s findings that he was lazy and fat. However, the five and a half stone dog was responsible for securing bail for a former Indian Minister on charges that Don attacked the minister’s wife at his master’s behest. Neighbours testified that Don, who mostly sleeps and eats, was harmless. A police report found that Don was totally disobedient and refused to obey the most basic of commands.
